​Agbeko embody a heady concoction of Afrobeat, psych-rock, Ethiojazz and Protest Song. Channelled through an onslaught of horns, irresistible grooves and powerful lyrics, Agbeko's songs strive to call out corruption and embolden the collective pull towards societal change and healing in present times. They are the soundtrack for a congregation revelling upon a world teetering on the edge of collapse.​

Defying the confines of a singular genre, Aziza Jaye dwells in the hills of Sheffield. The UK born Artist, Songwriter and Producer grew up as a 'Sound system baby', where she would often see her dad warming up for the night ahead. With music in her blood she willingly took up clarinet and joined an orchestra.

BLOCO B performs and celebrates Rio de Janeiro Carnival style samba. Emphasis is on creating authentic versions of Rio samba tunes using rhythm, song, melody& dance. To achieve this they blend percussion & drumming (bateria) with singers, cavaquinho players and dancers.​​​​​​​​​​

LFSS is a Colombian band formed in early 2017 in Bogotá by Sergio Arias and Alejandro Reverend. Potts is a natural soul singer, lyrically honest with a penchant for a catchy chorus, He’s as happy on his own with a guitar and kick drum as he is fronting a heavy band. He's worked as a guitarist and singer on the festival and live circuit across Europe

Rona Mac is an established artist from West Wales, crafting music that sits comfortably in the realms of alternative folk, with nods to indie-pop and classic singer-songwriter. Rooted in a deeply DIY ethos, she has built her sound from the ground up—writing, recording, and producing her music in a weathered caravan on the most westerly tip of mainland Wales.​

To say his taste is eclectic would be an understatement. To say his thirst for discovering new independent, and emerging artists, will never be quenched is a staggering truth but one that rings true even after 25 years of support for grassroots culture. The result of this is an encyclopaedic knowledge of an enormous catalogue of utter bangers. 

Bristol-based Simaly Sound are an all-female Dub/Reggae collective of singers, DJs and instrumentalists, who are hitting the ground running with close-knit harmonies and killer tunes. Formed in 2022 to combine the immense skill and drive of each member. Simaly Sound features members from Italy, Spain and Poland

Stone Cold Hustle are a 7 piece funk & neo soul band from Bristol channeling 70s era funk sound, but bringing it up to date with a modern attitude. Taff Rapids, Cardiff’s bluegrass sensation, is taking the international stage by storm with a unique blend of original bluegrass compositions and their own take on traditional American and Welsh tunes. The band infuses their music with Welsh-language elements, bringing a fresh perspective to the bluegrass genre that resonates worldwide.

Willie and the Bandits are a British-based band who play a variety of different genres spanning across the blues, rock, Latin and folk styles. The band currently consists of Wille Edwards, Matthew Gallagher, Harry Mackaill and Tom Gilkes. To date, they have released five studio albums and one live album.The band were listed in the top ten must-see bands at Glastonbury 2014 by BBC Radio 1.

Forward thinking, British Born, Irish/Ugandan Poet and Songwriter Amy True has been delivering her unique fusion of politicised hip hop, jazz and soul since 2011. A true wordsmith, Amy’s steady stream of conscious, iconoclastic verse sits in visceral harmony amongst soulful melodic hooks and rich jazz motifs as she punches out poetry with unapologetic flare.​

From humble busking beginnings Bare Jams now sit firmly ‘pon top of the Reggae tree. A six strong collective, a sunshiney disposition, nostalgic flavours of ska, dub, reggae and soul all contribute to the construction of beautifully crafted songs, relatable lyrics and singable choruses to stick in your lug holes and yo dancing daps. You can fall in love to this band, you can dance your feet raw to this band, you can sing your voice away to this band. 

This high-energy brass band thrills audiences with a combination of funk, Afro-beat, and New Orleans-inspired sounds. With over 700 performances, 16 international tours, and six albums under their belt, they continue to captivate fans worldwide.

Rapper, producer, firestarter. Songwriter, multi instrumentalist, raconteur...Dizraeli is a genre of his own.  From his cult debut album Engurland/City Shanties(2009) to the Worldwide Award-nominated The Unmaster (2019) Diz has always forged his own way.

Sheelanagig for nearly two decades have brought their array of foot-stomping folk tunes to audiences across the globe. A quintet with a well-stocked armoury of stringed instruments–guitar, fiddle, double bass - with the added energy of flute and drums and a bagful of joint-jumping tunes, these fine musicians create a real dynamic 

Sound of the Sirens are an acoustic singer-songwriting duo based in Exeter, Devon comprising of Abbe Wood & Hannah Walker. Honing their craft over the past decade, Wood & Walker have cemented themselves as firm favourites not only on the Westcountry scene, but nationally, and internationally too.

Independent band from the East of England, Strawberry Lace are an alt-rock powerhouse that deliver a dynamic punch of sound with their live performance. The four-piece break boundaries between genres, expertly mixing alt-rock edge with infectious funk rock flair, anthemic lyrics, blistering guitar solos and explosive drums to create their own style. 

These two Bristol based rascals are pioneers of the party, teachers of turntablism, bringers of bangers. They say…. “We like breaks, funky bass lines, horns, and dance floor grooves. We’re inspired by the golden eras of funk, soul, disco and hip-hop, and we try and cram that into three and a half minute songs”. ​

A little bit of London for yer…… The Kubricks. Seven-piece, mixing Ska, Reggae, and Melodic Pop. Been around for a decade now and have firmly planted themselves as one of the must see UK Ska bands. These chaps have a seeming knack of bringing the best Ska sensibilities, modern pop perfections, and socially conscious lyrics to echo the voice of a generation.

Boasting band members that have performed with Bastille, Paloma Faith, Kwabs, Gentleman’s Dub Club, Hollie Cook and Prince Fatty, They Say Jump are an unstoppable force united by a love of Reggae and Ska music.

Voodoo Brass Band is a high-octane improvising brass outfit from London. With over half a million followers on social media and videos reaching over 100 million views, the group’s reputation as a trail blazer in the UK brass scenes peaks for itself. The band's exhilarating live show has ripped through the local club circuit.

Will Varley is a singer songwriter from Deal on the UK’s Kent coast, He is influenced by the great American and Canadian songwriters of the 1960’s and 70’s including Bob Dylan, Neil Young, Bruce Springsteen and Tracy Chapman. He has gone from selling 60 tickets to his first album launch in 2014 to headlining London’s 2000 capacity Shepherd’s Bush Empire in 2018.

The 6 piece live band fuses the mystical energy and instruments of traditional Scottish music and Gaelic song with the heavy, meditative, driving basslines digital dub music. The band is a unique mix of experienced traditional folk musicians and Dub Reggae specialists, using acoustic and digital instruments. The result is an explosive heavyweight blend of what the band call ‘Future Dub from Ancient Scotland’.​​

MCS Binbags and Dur Brain are joined on stage by DMC finalist, DJ Mr Fitz. This is a return to the roots of what make Binbag Wisdom great: Two best friends, sharing their infectious humour through deft lyricism on hard hitting beats. After a brief hiatus to work on solo projects and collaborations with Dr. Syntax and K.O.G, and their 4th studio release on the way soon, the boys are very much ‘back in town’.

Expect Fire from the Brass, Heart Wrenching Soul from the incredible voices of Celestine and Laurent John, and a rhythm section sent from space to shatter the Earth!! This promises to be a unique experience of cyclical energy, unity and euphoria. 

Gecko is a singer-storyteller based in South London. His songs cover the big things in life with wit and warmth. From dogs in space to ignored characters in renaissance paintings, from pig fugitives to guanabana fruit juice. Gecko has performed across the world including at Glastonbury​

Hibiscus are an up and coming neo-soul duo, based in Bristol. After meeting at college in Exeter, Eva and Lily have built a strong musical collaboration, strengthened by their palpable synergy and close friendship. Expect wholesome, heartfelt tunes and a smooth luscious jazzy vibe.

JAMU samples genres from around the world, with classic hip-hop tracks, to create a cleverly constructed showcase, which includes reggae, jazz, dub, swing, trip-hop, with nods to drum and bass and other bass driven music.​​​

Jimi's musical origins are rooted in hip hop, soul and funk but brings to the turntables a fusion of pin-point scratching over breaks & bass music.

Influenced by New Orleans Jazz, Soul and Hip Hop, Lazy Habits blast their sound into the 21st Century with hard hitting beats and slick lyrics about modern British culture and urban life. The band describes their sound as: "Beats, Rhymes and Brass of the highest calibre.”

MĀDŁY is a Parisian-born, Bristol based singer, MC and songwriter. During lockdown, she has been collaborating with different worldwide producers, to deliver her debut EP ‘The End of Me’ released in May 2021. Expect some Neo-Soul with a pinch of Hip-Hop, a sprinkle of Nu-Jazz, French lyricism.

Omega Nebula are a digital dub duo with firm roots in the UK sound system and dub reggae scene. This Husband and Wife duo offer a unique blend of dub reggae and dance music, that brings the heaviness you need for late night club slots and festival sound systems.

An eclectic troupe based in Manchester, Honeyfeet’s heavy sound spans from the bountiful to the subtle, with everything from big-band swing to Alabama blues-tinged folk, all held together by the powerful vocals and flute from Ríoghnach.

Seamas Carey, the Cornish artist/bloke/founder of Cornwall's first alternative male voice choir, Men Are Singing, Encourages people to make sounds with their voices, wake up their bodies and take themselves less seriously. Expect harmonious rounds, silly warm ups, daft noises and cross generational collective joy.

She's Got Brass stands proudly as London's premier 10-piece, all-girl brass extravaganza. They celebrate diversity and inclusion, representing the full scope of London with LGBTQ+, Afro-Caribbean and Latina heritages within their ranks. Sporting a fiery rhythm section and an 8-piece horn section. GB delivers all yourfavourite party girl mash-ups 

Progressive-pop perfection somewhere between St Vincent, Feist and Hiatus Kaiyote, Stevie Toddler’s grooving bass playing and unforgettable melodies float her gracefully to the top echelons of Bristol’s scene. Her 2 albums received wide spread attention, including plays from Guy Garvey (BBC Radio 6) and Jamie Cullum (BBC Radio 2).

Multi instrumentalist, Kora player, producer, composer, teacher and song-writer. Born a Griot in a 700-year old tradition, the Kora - harp-lute with 22 strings - is unique to the Griots of the Mandinka people. Griots have a unique societal role as oral historians, transmitting and preserving a people's culture through the generations in song, music and poetry.​

Ríoghnach Connolly and Stuart McCallum are the creative heart of The Breath. And for them, it’s all about the song. Connolly writes the only way she knows how; a stream of poetic consciousness giving rise to honest, personal, heartfelt songs as likely to touch on childhood summers and first love as cultural dislocation, post-colonial injustices and grief.

The Shingalings are a Bristol-based dance act blending Latin, Soul, Funk, and Boogaloo into a riot of rhythm and energy. With “super infectious energy” (BBC Music Introducing) and a sound that’s “nailed that ’60s New York Boogaloo sound” (Craig Charles, BBC 6 Music)

2023 saw the life long friends and americana, roots rock n roll duo from Bristol take their songs further afield than ever before. Armed with their crowd funded debut album ‘Heart of the Matter’ and latest release ‘Live from White Noise; ​

WATP as you’ve never seen them before delivering a capricious and punky tight dance ska and bass infused pop music party especially created for the final live slot of the festival. A true brotherhood on a creative mission to expressing everything they’ve ever been inspired by and that which comes from their unlimited souls. 

There is spirit and fire in the music of The Zawose Queens. There’s the vibrations of the ancestors, coming through on traditional instruments—soaring chizeze fiddle, buzzing illimba thumb piano, ngoma drums that chatter and thunder—and voices that go deep, high and out there. There’s the connection to nature, to ceremony and ritual, in their dance-inspired fusion, their blend of the organic, harmonic and modern-day electronic.​
